e are the third generation of craftsmen specialized in the construction of wood-fired ovens, both pre-built and built on site, for the traditional cooking of “the Neapolitan pizza”. In addition, we build wood-fired ovens for the baking of bread and are involved in the planning and realization of chimney flues and related fittings for the removal of soot.
