Dimensions, weight and characteristics

Building wood-fired ovens has been our trade for over a hundred years. We can boast of having realized wood-fired ovens in all kinds of shapes, with all kinds of characteristics.

For three generations our family has been challenged in the building of wood-fired ovens of whatever shape and size. This experience has enabled us to design pre-built wood-fired ovens capable of meeting the demands of bakers and pizza-makers.

NB The two posterior angles of the base are rounded off considerably to allow the fitting of the oven into a corner with a reduction of the total inconvenience.

On request, metal cylindrical columns or a metallic wheeled structure can be provided. The basic setting up of the oven provides for the external finish in quartz paint. On request, it is possible to realize a finish in personalized ceramic or marble.
