Our oven for the Neapolitan pizza can also be fuelled by gas!
Seeing that some local pizza restaurants cannot use the
wood-fired oven, we have designed all our professional
ovens in such a way that they can also operate on methane gas or LPG (liquefied petroleum gas).
Thanks in fact to the installation of an atmospheric gas burner with an external control panel, it is very easy to regulate the flame (high or low) and to guarantee a fast temperature adjustment system. This technology is, as is the production of the wood-fired ovens, certified with the European
Community CE mark. The flexibility in the fuelling of the traditional wood-fired oven is appreciated by very many pizza-makers because it eases the burden of their work.
The gas oven has the same structure as the wood-fired oven so that it does not alter the cooking and taste of the pizza while the simplicity in the management significantly increases, approaching that of the electric oven. Everything is in respect of the traditions of the Neapolitan pizza!
