To demand cylindrical columns in sheet or one metallic structure with wheels can be supplied. The base preparation of the oven previews the external final touche made with painting to quartz; to demand it is possible to realize final touches with personalized ceramics and marbles.


Notes: The two hind corners of the base are much blunted to consent the matching of the oven in the corner with the redution of the total obstructed.

With the intent to simplify and to relieve the job of the pizzaiolis and in consideration that many places you/thay can not use the firewood, all our professional ovens to firewood can work to gas Methane or GPL throught application of an Atmospheric Burner to Gas with pictrures external command and with low flame and tall flame  for a fast mass to regime of the temperature. (certified "CE").

Structurally the ovens are identical to those to firewood, in fact the characteristics of cookinh don't vary but for simplicity of management they are approached of very to the electric oven.
