    Ovens





The oven is realized in an only monolithic structure so as to make it trasportable in whichever place without that they come altered the characteristics of robustness and solidity, than moreover, they remain unchanged also for one successive reinstallation in a different place. The particularity that renders the oven perfectly comparable to those constructed in native place is the use of traditional bricks in local clav cooked in the same furnaces that have rendered the PIZZA NAPOLETANA famous in the world. The bricks are embedded between of they to avoid also the smallest movements and all the oven, from the vault to the base, it is constructed around to strong a steel cage that remains incorporated in the successive jetty of one special characteristic refractory concrete giving to the construction high characteristic of solidity in the time also as a result of eventual futures transfers. The isolation of the oven is guaranteed from the use of concrete mixtures with elevated characteristic insulators, in this way it is assured the costancy of the temperature inside of the vault and the plan of baking reducing lessened the dispersion of heat towards the outside. The oven can be rested on two parapets of bricks or other similar structure.
