Each Gianni Acunto Oven is the result of 125 years of experience in artisanal production. Approved by the True Neapolitan Pizza Association and the Neapolitan Pizza Makers Association, it is today used all over the world.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Our ovens are completely hand-built Using natural raw materials such as water, salt, sand, volcanic earth, clay, iron, and cast iron. It consists of a heavy-gauge iron frame, a clay brick dome, and a clay floor ranging from 800 mm to 1400 mm. The cast iron mouth, 220 mm high, is 440 mm or 520 mm wide depending on the model.

The oven is sold finished in white and red paint or any other color of the customer's choice. Alternatively, it is possible personalize the oven tiles or other material and insert the own logo.
