Each Gianni Acunto oven is the result of 125 years of experience in craftsmanship. Approved by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana and by the Associazione Pizzaioli Napoletani, it is today used all over the world.
The only choice if you want the True Neapolitan Pizza.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Our ovens are completely hand built using natural raw materials such as water, salt, sand, volcanic earth, clay, iron and cast iron. It consists of a heavy gauge iron structure, a clay brick dome and a floor ranging from 800 mm to 1400 mm, also in clay. The cast iron spout, 220 mm high, has a width of 440 mm or 520 mm depending on the model.
The oven is sold finished with white and red paint or any other color chosen by the customer. Alternatively, it is possible to personalize the oven with tiles or other material and insert your logo.
